RHA Community Works delivers a specialized focus on accessibility planning services, dating back to the inception of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Since 2020, our team serves as the primary On-Call Certified Access Specialist Contractor (CASp) for the City of Los Angeles Department on Disability, serving a variety of City departments including Recreation and Parks, Police, Fire, Cultural Affairs, Emergency Management, Neighborhood Empowerment, and others.
